Terms of Agreement

The general terms of reservation of accommodation at the Holiday Park Liščí farma are governed by mutual contractual relationships between the operator and individual persons, potentially legal entities, as users of services in accordance with the relevant provisions of generally binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic, such as the Civil Code, Commercial Code and others. The terms are binding on all parties.

For direct sale of accommodations (that is, in cases where the operator requires payment in full for accommodations) the following terms apply:

Introductory provisions

1. The operator provides its services to all interested parties; individuals under the age of 18 may only use the services when accompanied by individuals over the age of 18.
2. The contractual relationship between the customer and the operator arises on the basis of a written order, which is considered a properly completed reservation form “accommodation reservations”, sent from the website www.liscifarma.cz, potentially another completed printed form or letter containing all the information required for a binding order. The customer that has sent the order is responsible for the contractual obligations of other individuals (participants in the accommodations).
3. In the order it is advisable to state, in a comment, alternate dates or an alternate accommodation option in the case that the requested dates or accommodations have already been filled, or in the case that the operator does not confirm the accommodations for reasons of a serious nature.
4. Holiday Park reserves the right to change the campsite or hotel room (cabin) confirmed in the order in case of necessity.
5. “Last minute” stays can be arranged by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Cancellation terms for individual guests

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing. In the case of withdrawal from the contract the relationship between the customer and the accommodation facility are subject to the following terms:

1. The fee paid for a reservation is non-refundable, because this is a commission service that has been performed.
2. Following agreement with the operator, a replacement guest can be arranged for the customer, in which case the cancellation fee does not apply.
3. In the event of an earlier departure, the right to return of funds is forfeit.

In the case of cancellation of the reservation due to any reason on the side of the customer, the following cancellation fees apply:

• If your reservation is cancelled in a period longer than 3 weeks prior to arrival, you will only be charged a handling fee in the amount of 300 CZK (10 Euro)
• 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival - 50 % of the total amount
• 7 days prior to scheduled arrival - 100 % of the total amount

Cancellation terms for group stays

These are subject to mutual agreement. Otherwise the same terms as for individual stays apply. For groups, cancellation fees are not paid, if the number of guests booked is decreased by 10% of the total number of booked guests.

Cancellation of stay on the side of the operator

The operator is entitled to cancel the stay if the taking place of the stay is threatened or burdened as a result of extraordinary events that could not have been foreseen at the time of reservation confirmation. In this case the operator will offer the customer an adequate alternative within the scope of the operator’s options. In the case that the customer is not willing to accept the alternative offer, the customer will receive a refund of the handling fee, and that immediately and without undue delay. Simultaneously the customer is not entitled to compensation of any other kind.

Insurance of stay

Holiday Park Liščí farma does not offer any insurance coverage against cancellation in the case of illness, etc. We therefore recommend arranging this coverage with your insurer.The price of arranged stays does not include insurance. Customers at their own risk use the ordered services. The operator is not liable for injuries, damages to property (liability for damages to health and property of a third party) and for theft of luggage during the recreational stay. W recommend concluding an appropriate insurance policy prior to departure.

General terms

The operator has the right to require a deposit (500 to 2000 CZK) for eventual damages, billing of utilities based on meters (electricity, gas, water – usually noted for individual offers). Upon the conclusion of the stay, the deposit is accounted by the owner (operator).

Bedding and towels (cabins) – you should agree with the operator on the terms of provision.

The guest is required to uphold the terms of accommodation, in particular the agreed maximum number of persons. This applies as well to the property adjoining the building. In the case of not complying with the specified maximum numbers, the owner may refuse accommodation of the guests without compensation.

Guests must protect the property of the owner of the property and comply with fire safety regulations.

Guest will not bother their surroundings with excess noise or smoke; fires will be made only in the spaces specified for that purpose by the owner.

Comply with the accommodation rules.

All guests are aware that in the case of violation of the Rules of Accommodation, their stay can be terminated by the operator without the right to any compensation and that they are responsible for compensation for any kind of damages caused. Individuals aged 18 and older accompanying minors (parent, teacher, group leader...) are responsible for the minors.

Conditions of Claims

The customer directly with the management can make claims regarding services. These claims must be submitted in writing and that ideally immediately upon discovery of the defect; at the latest, however, three days following the conclusion of the stay and together with a description of the service the claim is in regards to. Other or later claims are invalid!

Closing Provisions

1. These general terms take effect from 1.9.2004.
2. By sending the order, the customer confirms that he or she understands these terms and accepts them in their full scope.
3. The operator is not responsible for potential termination of operation of swimming facilities, ski lifts, restaurants, etc.
