How to make reservations

Guaranteed booking – for booking group stays and during busy periods, you can make reservations by e-mail, phone, fax, mail or through our reservation form on our website. It is always necessary to send us a written reservation! On the basis of this order, we will make a tentative reservation (option) for the requested dates and number of guests. This tentative reservation will be valid unit the expiration of the option (for the agreed period), which must then be bindingly confirmed in writing by the person making the booking before the option expires. If the booking is not confirmed before the expiration of the option your order – the reservation – will be cancelled.

Standard reservation – for individual stays. It is possible to book by phone. For busy periods however, the desired accommodations are only held until 18:00. After this they are automatically cancelled.

Deposits

After confirming the option, a notice will be sent by e-mail or regular mail for payment of a deposit invoice. This deposit invoice will be for 50 % of the total price of the stay. The due date will always be stated on the deposit invoice. We consider the reservation as binding once the funds have been credited to our bank account. The amounts stated on deposit invoices in Euros are only a guideline. The final invoice is always in CZK.

Bank accounts

When paying deposits to our account, always use the invoice number as the variable symbol, potentially your name. Bank information will always be stated on the invoice. Important: the customer always pays all bank fees!!

Final invoice

The balance payment on your invoice will be paid in cash or using a credit or debit card on site. The final invoice will be balanced with any potential differences (number of persons, days, etc.). The initial deposit paid will be deducted from the final invoice. Conversion from Euro to Czech Crowns will always be carried out using the current rate of exchange. Discounts on stays (Gutschein, Club card, ADAC, CCI, etc.) will be subtracted from the final payment.
